What is UCVN?

UCVN (Ukrainian College of Veterinary Nutrition) is a private, independent organization specializing in evidence-based veterinary nutrition. We create and distribute educational materials for veterinarians, students and animal owners.

How to register on the platform?

Click the "Register" button in the upper right corner of the site. Enter your name, email and password. After confirming your registration, you will get access to your personal account.

How does the course work?

After purchasing a course, it appears in your personal account in the "My courses" section. Learning takes place at a pace convenient for you: watch video lectures, study materials and pass test tasks.

How to access the webinars?

Webinars are available in the section "Webinars". Some of them are free, others are available to members of the organization or after a separate purchase. After registration, a link to the webinar will be sent to your email.

What is UCVN membership?

Membership provides enhanced access to closed content: special blog articles, discounts on courses and webinars, and participation in a closed community of experts. You can view the available plans in the section "Membership".

What payment methods are available?

Payment is made through the secure Stripe payment service. We accept major bank cards: Visa, Mastercard. All transactions are encrypted using SSL.

Can I get a refund?

The terms of refund are described in Terms of use. In case of technical problems with access to the purchased content, contact us - we will promptly resolve the situation.

Where can I find my purchased materials?

All purchased courses, webinars and documents are stored in your personal office. Access to materials is not limited by time after purchase.
