Terms of use
Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. By registering or using the UCVN site, you agree to all of the terms set forth below.
1. General provisions
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the Ukrainian College of Veterinary Nutrition (UCVN) and any person who visits or uses the ucvn.org platform. Use of the site implies full agreement with these terms.
2. Registration and account
Registration is required to access paid materials and cabinet functions. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and keeping it up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
3. Access to content
After purchasing a course or webinar, access to the materials is provided to you personally and cannot be transferred to third parties. Transfer of access, public distribution or copying of platform materials is prohibited.
UCVN reserves the right to change the composition of materials within the purchased product, provided that their overall value is maintained.
4. Intellectual property
All materials posted on the platform (videos, articles, presentations, images, logos) are the property of UCVN or licensed authors and are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, copying or distribution without the written consent of UCVN is prohibited.
5. Payment
Оплата за курси, вебінари та членство здійснюється через захищений сервіс WayForPay. Усі ціни вказані у відповідній валюті та включають застосовні податки. UCVN не зберігає дані ваших платіжних карток.
6. Refunds
Refunds are considered individually. If you are unable to access the purchased content due to technical reasons on UCVN's part, we will issue a refund or provide an equivalent replacement. Please contact info@ucvn.org within 14 days after payment.
7. Behavior on the platform
It is forbidden to use the platform to spread spam, false information, offensive or illegal content. UCVN reserves the right to suspend or delete an account for violation of these rules without compensation.
8. Limitation of liability
UCVN is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, except for cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.
The educational materials of the platform are informative in nature and do not replace the consultation of a qualified veterinarian.
9. Changes to the Terms
UCVN reserves the right to update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or through notifications on the Platform. Your continued use of the site following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
